Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process must be followed in order to have repairs completed under warranty or parts/items considered for exchange.
Warranty Repairs:
In order to return a malfunctioning item after repair for warranty replacement/repair, please follow these steps:
1. Fill out and submit the form below.
2. An Inspect-Ur Gadget Customer Service Representative will contact you with a RMA number. Upon (and only upon) receipt of your RMA number, package your item and have it returned to:

Your RMA number must be clearly displayed on your returned packaging (also include it on the inside of the package) in order for us to consider the items for repair and all warranty claims must absolutely be mailed within 5 Days of receiving your RMA Number. All items mailed beyond this time frame, will be returned to sender.
3. Upon receipt of the warranty items, we will inspect items for defect and correctness. If the inspection reveals that there is a valid warranty claim, we will repair the item and send it back at our expense.
4. Our warranty covers only parts that we install and repairs that we complete. Any additional problems or issues found to be caused by customer will not be covered. In this case, it is the customers responsibility to pay return freight back to their location to have their items returned.
Return Parts / Item for Warranty Exchange:
To return a product that is defective for warranty exchange, please follow these steps:
1. Fill out and submit the form below.
2. An Inspect-Ur Gadget Customer Service Representative will contact you with a RMA number. Upon (and only upon) receipt of your RMA number, package your item and have it returned to:

Your RMA number must be clearly displayed on your returned packaging (also include it on the inside of the package) in order for us to consider the parts for exchange and all warranty claims must absolutely be mailed within 5 Days of receiving your RMA Number. All items mailed beyond this time frame, will be returned to sender.
3. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will inspect items for defect and correctness. If the inspection reveals that our customer received defective or incorrect parts, we will reship replacement parts as quickly as possible, but some claims can take up to 5-6 Weeks to process and return.
4. If upon careful and professional inspection, returned parts are found to have been damaged by the buyer, or are found not to be defective or incorrect, it is the customers responsibility to pay return freight back to their location.
5. Inspect-Ur Gadget can only hold RMA items for 14 days after we notify buyer that their RMA claim has been denied. 14 days, post RMA Denial, all returned parts are liquidated at the customers loss.
